10% of the treatment value, and 5% on the part above 5000 €. Only on treatments confirmed as completed, and never on flights, hotel or transfers.

What we check before publishing
- Valid operating licence from the Ministry of Health
- Medical director with professional registration
- Professional liability insurance in force
- On-site visit by the ALBMEDICA team
- Written patient consent for any published images
Our commitments
What partners can rely on
- Enquiries are routed by treatment and response record, never by paid plan.
- Patient data is handled under the GDPR and Albanian Law no. 9887, on EU servers.
- No medical documents are collected through the platform at this stage.
- Commission applies only to treatments that both parties confirm.

What providers ask us
Do we have to respond to every enquiry?
No. Any enquiry can be declined. Response times are visible to our team, not to patients.
When is the commission due?
Only after completion is confirmed by you and the patient. Invoices are issued monthly.
When do we receive the patient’s contact details?
When the patient accepts your quotation. Before that, communication stays within the platform.
Who prepares our profile?
Your team completes it in the dashboard; we help with the Italian and French texts and review it before publication.
